Andre is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities for the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, reporting and business case leadership. Andre has over 15 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry. Before joining Asurion, Andre was Director of Finance for the Business Technology & Solutions division at Optus. Prior to that Andre was the General Manager Operations at TransACT Communications. Andre also spent time with ActewAGL (a Joint Venture of AGL and ACT Government) and Telstra in Finance and Operational roles.

Matt is an ICT industry expert, with 20 years' experience in some of the world's top companies including Motorola, Microsoft and Ericsson. Most recently, Matt was General Manager Telstra and Global Lead for Supply Chain Services for Brightstar Australia. His general management experience across the wireless industry has covered service areas such as supply chain, financial services, distribution and client management. 

Tom’s previous experience includes CIO at Cover-More Travel Insurance where he managed IT related activities and strategy across the group of companies. Tom has more than 20 years of International experience in IT supporting a number of complex businesses operating in the Banking, Manufacturing and Telecommunications verticals. His experience includes: building and leading large distributed teams, conducting strategic planning and delivering required outcomes, deal negotiation and execution, and business development within rapidly growing organisations.

Therese has 20 years of human resources generalist experience including HR management and consulting positions with large and mid-sized companies in various industries including Nortel Networks, Unisys, Boeing Hawker de Havilland and SNP Security. Her most recent position was HR Manager for Nokia.  Therese earned her Bachelor Degree in Business from University of Technology Sydney and her Masters of Labor Law & Relations from University of Sydney. Therese is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

Mark is a customer service professional with over 20 years experience of leading medium to large call center and customer service operations in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
As well as leading customer facing operations, Mark has previously been accountable for billing, credit management and training functions. A staunch advocate of the customer and ensuring that customers help shape the customer experience, Mark has been part of several winning teams that have been the recipient of industry customer service awards.

Daina is responsible for the delivery of legal services, advice and compliance across the AsurionAustralia businesses. Daina’sportfolio includes oversight of all contractual arrangements and negotiations, as well as management of Asurion’sregulatory obligations, including those under its Australian Financial Services Licence.

Michael has been with Asurion for over 6 years leading Operations and Engineering organizations in delivering service excellence.  Recently Michael led Supply Chain Operations for the US Technology Logistic Center.   He led an organization of approximately 600 team members who would fulfilment mobile devices to millions of subscribers across multiple clients. With more than 20 years of experience in logistics and manufacturing environments, Michael has a history of leading teams through change and driving world class continuous improvement by eliminating waste, establishing clear communication, and driving decisive action. Michael has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

As Chief Execurtive Officer-Asia Pacific, Jim is responsible for all facets of Asurion's Asia operations.  During his 13 years at Asurion, Jim has previously led Asurion's supply chain management operations, program management team as well as product management and product marketing teams for Asurion's handset insurance, warranty management and roadside assistance businesses. Before joining Asurion in 2002, Jim worked at DigitalThink, Mckinsey and Co. and served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy, Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Philosophy from Cambridge University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Grant has over 20 years’ experience in the mobile telecommunications industry; working at OEMs, carriers and service providers. At Nokia, he led the global customer service and repair operations. While at Teleplan, he established and led the mobile telecommunications business unit which was focused on delivering supply chain and customer service solutions to carriers and OEMs across the world. Grant has joined Asurion since 2013. Prior to his role as Asurion CEO, SEA and ANZ, Grant has led the Asia Pacific supply chain management as well as holding the role of CEO of Asurion Taiwan. Grant has lived and worked in Asia for over 13 years.

Trip is responsible for Asurion’s Asia Pacific Supply Chain, Care, Strategic Operations, and Risk Management teams as well as the Global Business Transformation initiative.  He is also leading Taiwan business as Chief Executive Officer starting from August 2018.  He has held multiple positions at Asurion including roles in Supply Chain, Finance, and Risk Management.  Prior to joining Asurion in 2003, Trip worked at The Boston Consulting Group and GE Capital.  Trip graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Psychology and earned an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Craig has been Chief Financial Officer of Asurion APAC since February 2017 and was previously CFO of Asurion Australia for four years where he was instrumental in evolving the Australian business by supporting the business strategically, commercially and operationally. Prior to joining Asurion, Craig had over 20 years experience in the financial services(Insurance) and IT industries for large multinational organizations such as HP,  in finance, operational  and commercial related roles. Before joining Asurion, Craig was Head of Finance and CFO for the Retails Life Business at TAL (formerly TOWER Australia). Prior to that Craig was the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Genworth Financial Australia.

As Chief Information Officer, Alex leads all IT work which requires managing systems and data centres that run Asurion’s core products and internal systems across all APAC countries. Alex has over 20 years IT systems delivery experience and prior to joining Asurion, he has held senior roles specialising in IT Integration for Standard Chartered Banks Global Financial Markets and Accenture’s Financial Services Consulting practice. Alex holds a Bachelors (Honours) Degree in Information Systems from the University of Leeds, UK.

Chris has been with Asurion for 3 years. For the first 2 years, Chris was overseeing the launch of new programs, operations and business intelligence throughout APAC and more recently leading the Product and Business Development teams. Prior to joining Asurion, Chris held senior roles in customer operations, sales and marketing within the general insurance, telecommunications and subscription entertainment industries. Now leading the commercial development function, Chris and his team support the local business partners with business development, product development, commercial finance and retail execution.

Ciaron has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, insurance and professional services sectors. During his career, he has worked in Finland, Japan, Germany, India, Singapore and Hong Kong in a variety of domestic, regional and global HR roles. Ciaron brings a broad spectrum of experience to Asurion and as Vice President, Human Resources – Asia, is accountable for designing, building and delivering all Human Capital solutions across Asia.

John has spent almost five years at Asurion, the last three and a half in APAC as regional General Counsel. Prior to relocating to APAC, John spent one year in the Nashville office as counsel for Asurion’s retail business. In these roles, John has engaged with all aspects of Asurion’s business and I believe this depth of knowledge will serve him well in the Chief Operating Officer role in Korea. Through his long career, John has held a number of senior executive positions, including EVP / General Counsel for multi-billion dollar U.S. regional bank holding company. He has also held management positions in the automotive and entertainment industries, as well as co-founding and operating his own law firm in Nashville.  John was instrumental in launching the SKT program in Korea, spending several months in Korea prior to launch.
